Café Chaos’s style draws on a variety of influences ranging from Pink Floyd, Rush, early Genesis, Gary Moore, Focus, Colosseum and Camel brought into the 21st Century. Peter Terry (Drums) is an ex-professional having played with such diverse talents as Robert Palmer, Elkie Brooks and supported Cream and David Bowie among many others drives the band forward. Nick Brown (Keys and Sax ) played the Club circuit in the past as a solo performer and in bands, his key influences are blues/rock, fusion, modern jazz, electronica and trad/electric folk Phil Moss (Guitar) has been playing the club and festival circuit including main stage. Phil's influences include Rush, Rainbow, Pink Floyd and Black Sabbath as well as Blues, Folk, Ska and Jazz Jim Roberts (Bass) an accomplished bassist with bands on the Australian Club circuit. Influences include The Beatles, Everly Brothers, World Party, Elvis Costello, modern jazz, prog rock and blues

Southern Deal bring a lively mix of Southern rock, Americana and country rock, with a touch of blues, driving rhythms and plenty of twin-guitar energy. Drawing inspiration from Southern rock legends Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers Band and Creedence Clearwater Revival, alongside more contemporary artists such as Blackberry Smoke, Whiskey Myers, Chris Stapleton and Larkin Poe, the band deliver a guitar-driven set full of Southern attitude and energy. The Gillies are an Americana influenced acoustic alternative folk duo, writing haunting songs of love, loss and twists of fate, the complications of tangled relationships. After five years, he transitioned into a successful solo career, leaning into a melodic, "power pop" acoustic style. . The Cutting Room project combines the talents of Tegan Perryman and James Perrett to produce the music they love. Phelim Mader describes himself as a very hairy singer and guitarist from Bracknell, starts 2pm.

The Gillies are an Americana, Folk singer/songwriter duo from SE London. Their music tells of love, loss, bittersweet and harsh realities, the distinctive sound of their acoustic guitars create an intense lonesome dark musical style. They were both born in Norfolk and went to Yarmouth Art College.
The last of our Saturday Showcases at The Newtown Pippin, Bracknell will take place on Saturday 10th October at 3pm with live music from Rose Holt Jazz Trio, Mike Prendergast, Paul Tottman, Mark Dellar and Aoife.
